I felt that the counsellor was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. By the time 12 weeks were up that I was with a friend instead of a counsellor, which was exactly what I needed.

Wonderful to be offered counselling. Wonderful to be able to talk through trauma in complete confidence. Not sure how much effect it had. After six weeks, probably not at all, after the full twelve, probably helped a lot, but difficult to know. Also benefited from other help and advice at Longfield. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the welcoming receptionists were so gentle and positive and kind.

My stepfather, the patient, was looked after by your staff recently and, as a family, we all agree that is care was exemplary. Nothing was ever rushed and I felt that your cares were like extended family. There is no praise too wish for their kindness and professionalism. They were just wonderful.
