Lena was kind and gentle. Everything about staff and Longfield house had a calm and soothing effect even before counselling.
Many thanks.
Everything was perfect I honestly can not think of anything to change. Thank you.
Becky Ensor (counselor) was very friendly, easy to talk to and I felt comfortable to discuss my feelings.
Very helpful sessions following the loss of my mum.
Nothing could be improved.
Able to work through painful memories in a safe environment.
Counsellor was a very good match for me.
Thank you.
What a fantastic team of special people... Nothing is too much trouble. They are all kind considerate and extraordinary in their ability to go the extra mile on a day to day basis. They have made such a difference to his life... Enabling him to fulfill his wish to stay at home... They do a difficult job with kindness humour and exactly the right level of professionalism... The support from all at Long field has been extraordinary - our team of angels.
I felt safe talking about my journey. It was hard to release my grief, but I felt in good hands and welcomed talking about how I was to proceed.
Very friendly staff enjoyed being here.
I feel loved by all at long field and have enjoyed every thing about being here.
My counsellor, Karen, had endless patience and kindness. The counselling room was the only 'safe' space I had to explore difficult emotions. It was a space that I could be angry and grieve without fear of judgement. I was offered a further 6 sessions which were invaluable. Thank you!
The service you offer is a lifeline in a time when the world feels very dark and isolated.
I cannot praise Karen enough, my heartfelt thanks go to her and the service you provide. I could not have afforded private counselling, so this was a real lifeline for me. Thank you.
