Staff - caring considerate, punctual, calming {prescribe} utterly delightful - nothing too much trouble./nOffice staff pleased daily and inquire when carer and patients were okay. Lovely { } in circumstances.

Alison (and Jo) were always friendly and warm. They made everyone feel welcome and gave everyone the chance to speak if they wanted. Nothing felt rushed, which put people at ease.

The loss of my wife had a major impact on me. We were together for over 50 years and did everything together. Although I am still grieving for her. have come to a better understanding of why I am experiencing what I am feeling and what has beneath my pain.

I was very pleased with the way everything separated and the counsellor I was allocated.

Sharon was excellent. There is a sense of the hospice being rather disorganised- not informing me in time of cancellations, all a bit 'whoops'!
