I felt very much at ease with the whole process from start to finish.

I felt safe and secure. The group ladies - Patsy - was professional, empathetic ad I felt confident in her./nThe group enabled me to process some of the feelings.

There were some gaps between meetings - I would have preferred every other week.

I attended with a relative and loved it. My experience was excellent. The art therapy along side the support group was amazing. Showing expression through art was very relaxing.

*Make the course longer! We already miss our Wednesday: )

I did not know what to expect and all the sessions enabled me to pen up about my grief. I always shed tears but felt a release afterward. Sometimes I could just talk and sometimes have asked e qustions.

Not to my knowledge.

At all points, the longfield staff were courteous, attentive, understanding and very helpful.

I cannot think of anything.

Helped me deal with all the rubbish life throws at me and helped me out of a very dark place when I started the 'course'. Treated with respect and empathy.

The only during I would say is longer sessions but I know this is not possible to be able to help as many people as possible.
