The building is welcoming and clean./nThe staff are all very friendly,kind, understanding and work very hard at successfully making me feel like I am understood, listened to and they made me feel in control of my needs and were able to accomodate these needs.

I did not understand the referals and waiting list system.

The care and kindness shown not only to my husband but me and my children was second to none. The nurse were unbelievable and nothing was too much trouble. Even though we only had 6 visits till he passed, it was a very positive experience.
