Initially, the course was advertised as 11:00-12:30, but it soon because clear that arrival from 10:30 and staying for lunch was really beneficial. Perhaps this could have been clearer.

Maybe after session, have 15 minutes to have a little chat with people in your group. Cup of tea would be amazing! (bring flask?)

The nurses were wonderful whilst caring for my dad, he was always pleased to see them! They could not have cared anymore for him. Huge thank you to them.

They could not have done any more during this extremely difficult time. The night nurse was an angel.
