My visits were always treated with respect, confidentiality and I was listened to and my needs very much taken into consideration.

I think Claire is an exceptional counsellor. She is so experiences in so many areas of life and she gave so much useful feedback at every stage. I can literally say their my life has changed dramatically for the better since my sessions with care.

All of the staff and volunteers went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Their warmth and support was amazing.

I found this 7 week session very good and looked forwards to attending.

Hard to imagine how it could be improved, but I have no doubt, over the time things I will progress.
