It was made easy by the friendliness and opennes of the staff.

As I feel it was the first time we had contact with the service the level of interaction was just night possibly in the future more depth would be appropriate.

If it had not been for this service then I may not be here now as I felt so very low and worthless and missed my mum more than anyone knew.

I felt able to talk about absolutely anything I needed to, supported in how I felt and abe to show/express how vulnerable am.
