I felt listened to and not judged. I felt understood and was given positive feedback to how I am dealing with life. I feel more positive about the future and am more in control of my feelings and how to deal with life now.

The service needs to be more flexible with operating times and more available on evenings and weekends.

I wasn't able to have the full and sessions due to times and returning to work. The support would have been useful during this time.
