Honest and open, listened, allowed and mad sense of feelings and gave a new perspective.
Found the service and staff to be gentle and caring and really met my needs.
I was discussing all of my well being along side my frief counseling which was if great benefit. Discussing all the things I have done am doing and will do in the future whilst walking took my mind off what we talking about and allowed me to talk more freely whilst in an open free environment. Not being sat in an enclosed room was good for me.
I came to see Sharon because I wanted to feel more relaxed- I did because she listened to me and addressed my worries with Reiki and reflex copy.
Everyone cared, and we thought we were made very special.
Throughout my sessions I always felt I was listened to and understood. I always felt that any discussions were aimed at me and my situation and not just a generic tick box session.
We received the care and understanding we needed for both myself and my husband who has Parkinson's dementia and is hard to hearing.
