Guy was empathetic in his approach. He is focussed, whilst relaxed but being guided by my need to express particular emotions/feelings.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything, as guy should respect and gave me time. Good preparation from his.

The service has helped me to feel way more comfortable with who and where I am in my life at this time.
Suggested improvements
It doesn't (in my care) need to be better, but some more time with a counceller would be good I think.

Lena was excellent in every way (She never looked bored when it would have been (justifiable!). Always kind and professional she's helped me a lot and I would not hesitate to see her again of I needed to.

The care and compassion shown to my late husband was outstanding, also asking how I was coping and family you have felt involved all the time. The support from all staff was amazing.

None that I can think of present.
Longfield Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
