Able to talk freely about my problems.
Counsellor was really able to empathetic withme and my situation. I will be able to be much kindnes to my self as a result of attending brilliant listener respectful, gave fractional help.

She did everything to the best of her ability.
I always came out feeling better than when I went it!

I enjoyed 3 reflexology sessions which I found soothing and gave me time for caring for my husband. I felt valued.

I cannot think of anything- I was treated consciously, given time and not rushed everyone was friendly- a good experience.

Enjoyable and pleasurable therapy- new experiences too- Raiki- massage- particularly foot and lower leg with my painful odemations legs. Enjoyed reflexology too.
