Professional but also informal, very caring and patient focussed.
Great tips and advice on relaxation aids etc.
Only minor point- sometimes hard to know if reception have notified practitioner of arrival- on one occasion it caused a significant delay as no one had noticed previous client leaving.

My treatment was wonderful and has helped me through a difficult time. It meant I had time for me and helped me to understand that this is important not selfish. Sharon made me feel relaxed and I was able to trust her completely. Wonderful.

I loved the care and consideration shown by all staff and art therapy were also very good. I guess we would all like more access to the therapies( I had 4 in my 12 weeks ) but understand that is governed by the no of therapists.

Everything was fantastic.
Thank you very much for the help.
The car is fantastic and having someone to talk to was the most important thing for me as there is not one to help me here as I have no family that will help me.

I really don't think anything could be improved.
I have really benefited from my treatments and looked forward to them enormously.
I could not have wished for a more empathic, kind, gentle and caring therapist than Sam and I am profoundly grateful to both her and Kingfield.

Patient received gentle, unhurried and efficient care at all time. His dignity was respected. I cannot spear highly enough of the service and kindness we have both received. Thank all the nurses and care assistants who attended. I am so grateful.
