Review of Bereavement Group written by a patient

Course well put together to cover all points of grief and recovery. The models covered in the handouts put into perspective what we do and why. The cutting and stitching "exercises put things into by association.

The care shown by all staff at Longfield was exceptional. They were so caring, understanding, too time to listen and were so thoughtful.

Being listened to. I am not sure the questions are in my case relevant as my main medical problem is my heart.

Review of Counselling Outpatients written by a family member

Every single member of stsff was unfailing kind and supportive and caring without being over the top. They were all completely professional and always treated me as an individual and provide the right mix of listening and giving practical advice and suggestions. Langfield it's a place where if possible to relax, rest and step off the bus for a while. The gardens are a lovely space too, all year around. There's nothing I can think of that could be improved. Thank you Langfied and Laura particularly for all made a very difficult time easier to deal with.

I was treated very kindly and gently by reception staff and even more so by the person who did massage - she was very considerate and adapted her treatment according to what positions I could find comfortable. The massage was very beneficial in terms of relaxation.

Flexibility - I cannot make a regular appointment, same day same time each week, so this was very welcome. A quiet environment and a calming presence from the therapist. Quiet, attractive reception area and a welcome cup of coffee. A safe space to make sense of the various challenges of being a carer. Karen Mills, my therapist was (is) a very good listener. Full marks!
