I don't think you have to improve anything, you all do a very good job. I was very happy how it all went, it was nice to think that I could talk about anything and there was someone there who listen to me. I will never get over losing my husband but I know that you will always be there for me.

It was wonderful. Love guidance given. Freedom to go my own way. Help up the patient to bed and see a better future. Zoe was fab and other so kind. Feel I've taken away a greater sense of self. Session longer 10 -12.30 and more session 10.02 h.

The atmosphere of calm, with really relaxing music. Plus the kindness, gentleness and skill of my lady ministering to me. When lying face down with my face over the 'hole' the cushion could have been cleaner and changed with each new patient.

Lorraine has helped me progress a long way since losing my mother and grieving.
Also the grief course was very helpful.
I would definitely be in a worse position if I hadn't had the kind one to one counselling and group support.

It was a personal service, warm and caring staff with a professional attitude.
They felt like a part of the family, which was really needed at the time.
Cannot find any fault with the care provided.

Excellent staff and volunteers.
Everyone was welcoming and ready to listen.
Loved the art work, trying different things.
Really enjoyed the therapies - a real treat.
Counselling greatly helped too.
