i felt nurtured and cared for. My therapist listened to me about my concerns. Therapy could have been for longer than six sessions although I benefited hugely.
Your carers were always polite and treated my mother with care, respect and kindness.
Excellent discussions, they help with concerns and pointers how to move forward.
Tangible help, invaluable and comments that will stay with me until the end of my life. Thank you.
Could not fault the care. It was a wonderful place to come to for a session. My councillor Karen Mills was so helpful and appreciated the complexities of my situation.
Very understanding and able to change to fit around my wake pattern.
I received bereavement counselling with Sammie Holley and She s absolutely wonderful.
Sensitive assessment through out all the sessions. The rest sessions helped me to drink the emotional and physical effects of my chemo!
Counselling sessions with Karen Mills for bereavement were excellent. Felt very supported, comfortable & understood my situation/feelings. Her explanations of the grief process & suggestions on how to handle events were really practical, which I have used & will continue to use. At this toughest time of my life, thank you. Also nice that reception make you a cup of tea on arrival - simple but caring! Improvements - none.
Prompt action when I referred and process was easy to do.
Everyone I interacted with were great, from reception to councillor, sessions were well focussed on me & allowing space to explore feelings in a safe environment. No judgemental but asked questions to help me challenge my thoughts.
I found everybody was very kind and understanding and made you feel at home, which help a lot to understand there's always someone worse off than you.
It would be nice to meet up with some patients to now how they are getting on.
