The gentleman and lady were extremely courteous, I left the room while they attended to their duties. They left my wife clean and comfortable. When they came after she dies they were very kind to me and my son. I could not fault them in any way.
Suggested improvements
The service we received could not be improved. When I feel up to it I will be taking a lot of my wife's possessions to your charity shop in Tewkesbury.
