Only a small number attending an opportunity for individual attention though a few more might have provided more discussion. Could not fault your staff from the time I made my first transactive telephone enquiry everyone was very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed telephone enquiry everyone was very welcomed attending a course however the 2 hour round trip is not helpful in managing my fatigue. Thank you Alison and team.

Suggested improvements
I little more notice of staff date would have been good as I was away for three days and appointment only received during this time for appointment which I then missed ie. post arrived Monday for appointment on the Wednesday.
