Our leaders were friendly and put everyone in the group at ease as I guess ost were quite nervous initially in strange surroundings and amongst unknown people. During each session Alison talked of and through over varying conditions and problems and how to deal with them or where to seek help. The exercises were to be done gently, without undue effort, easily repeated at home, even several times daily. I've found great benefit from doing them. Then to end, Sharon took us to a calm place and we relaxed mind and body for the last ten minutes. All too soon, time to leave. I can't think of anything that could improve the service. Informative, supportive and enjoyable.
