I gave the answers I have because, I found my counselling sessions with Caroline, very helpful uplifting and whilst in a deep depression and feeling like a button ready to burst she helped me to see the light of the end of the tunnel once again.

No, for me every thing was done in a orderly and most professional way and I the patient felt that I did matter.
