We are at a loss to offer any advice re further improvements. My friend & I were overwhelmed by the kindness and attention that was shown to us at X Ray reception and ultrasound procedure. Hospital diagnostic procedures are always stressful but the kindness shown to us helped me so much to relax and understand the procedure.
