The covid business seems to have gone too far. This centre does not offer normal appointments still. Most of them on phone. Still no choice of booking appointments online. Even when something is urgent it gets put down as routine. Urgent tests needed but you still have to wait a long time for appointment. Get prescribed medication that you shouldn't be using. There were some very good doctors in this clinic before, some retired and some left. You could talk to them, and they would give you time and listen to you. Now doctors are just looking at the computer screen and rushing to finish with you so they can see another patient. I just don't bother talking about any worries I might want to discuss because you are not given the time. I don't even feel like going to this clinic. Wrong diagnosis have been made and some serious health conditions have been missed. End up finding out about some condition when it is advanced due to no action taken on time. Now there is nobody I feel I can really go and talk to if I have concerns for my health.
