Through the most difficult time in my life in loosing my brother I was supported and guided extremely well and although it didn't change anything it helped me cope a little better towards the end...
The counselling was reasurring and gave me help in gaining some confidence back which I felt I had lost
Practical help was given in referring to 'The Tasks Of Grief' and reading 'Good Grief' and both really help in calming and settling me down on the very difficult days
Fabulous, kind caring, warm and private: staff and surroundings helped me understand grief. Thank you.
The counselling sessions were very good in allowing mt to express my fears about the future and gave me some techniques to allow me to get the best out the present. I hope to make more use out of the service in the future.
I felt like I could talk about my feeling and have someone listen to me and know what was best for me.
I felt very much at ease, as I was getting anxious about coming to my appointment.
Marylyn was very pleasant and put me at ease straight away and didn't interrupt when I was speaking.
As always with every aspect of trinity, I was treated with kindness and consideration in a professional way. I was told to contact again if I felt I needed further help even though my "official" session had ended- this made me feel totally supported. I have no suggestion for improvement- thank you.
Always made to feel welcome, like being at home and amongst friends and feeling free to talk about any problems and worries you may have. Thank you so much everyone for your care and support.
