It's taken me a long time to getting to a pace where I finally felt that I could talk to someone and to deal with my bereavement. I'm now finding the process so very helpful in getting out of that 'dark place' where I feel I've been for so long. Words can't express how I feel and how grateful I am. I'm feeling less scared with the amazing support I'm receiving. Thank you so much.
