Excellent support from counsellor. Exceptionally well matched to person counselling enabling a very positive and good relationship to develop. Exceptional service and always made to feel very comfortable and able to discuss issues. Recognition from both counsellor and staff when I attended feeling anxious and empathy towards that. Could not really see how anything could have been improved although would be useful in some sessions to have a note sheet or otherwise to put down key things which would be useful to remember after sessions
