After two deaths in my family and then a miscarriage after the second funeral, I was extremely low and fragile. I still worked throughout this nightmare thinking I could deal with the pain on my own. Ruth helped me so much, it is difficult to put into words. I still have my moments. However I could not have coped without the help I received and will always be eternally grateful.
