I was treated very well and talked through all choices and decisions throughout labor. The delivery was made easier by the calm, reassuring tone and support from my midwife. All students were very respectful and supported staff well and vice versa. Staff and care definitely helped my experience be the most positive it could be.

All staff, from doctors to support staff were concerned about my health, safety and welfare and were courteous and attentive at all times. Only on a couple of occasions was information given that was contrary to my views advice, for example on a change of medication and should be looked at to help prevent confusion.

Paul Wilson was amazing, credit to your team. I came back after a procedure and asked repeatedly for a cup of tea and something to. Only when Paul came on shift did I get there, other than that everything else was fine.
