Care was excelllent from a medical point of view all staff are excellcent & professional no room for improvement all A+. Some of the patients in the ward should be segregated from others as their behaviour is ridiculous. Ward would definately benefit from TV's or Radio..

Care & attention given was to a very high standard. Pain management after op took about 48 hours to get under controll. Maybe this is an area that could be looked at. Mr Dunsmere is a true proffessional and all the staff working on this ward. Many thanks to everyone.

Midwife Naomi was a precious help and followed our birth plan with extremely care and with her personal skills helped us to achieve the natural water birth we aimed for. In general, lot staff were very good and caring. Water birth facilities (no 9) ere excellent. The food could be improved. At nigh, staff could try a bit more to keep noise in the corridor to a minimum. We had an excellent experience.

80% of the service was brilliant especially before labour as was a long drawn out process.

i am filling thids in on behalf of my partner my partner was brought into the department on thursday 11th April due to a stroke that started at home around 12.00 lunch time, from the moment he arrived the doctors and nursers were absolutley wonderful in their approach, attitude and most important the level of care he was given. thanjks to these dedicated people my partner spent 1 nightn in icu following an opeeration, he then moved to a ward friday and returned home saturday. the treatment received form all department involved was absolutley fabulous but most of all A & E as i believe his recovery started form the moment we arrived due to the excellent job of all involved thank you so much
