All of the staff on delivery suite and ward 36 especially were kind, welcoming and efficient. The midwives in W36 (special mention to Liz, Jen, Sam & Natalie) were so kind, patient, compassionate and lovely I cannot thank them enough.

Efficent handling of arriving problems, with plenty of info relating to my problem in the nursing chain & my treatment. Some improvement in the induction of what I perceived to be inappropriate patient admission
