The attention I have received & care has been brilliant, can't grumble as its a very busy ward & some very poorly patients. The general caring from HCAs and nursing staff just great - can't fault anything or anybody. Kept up to date on every matter I had a cyst removed from my third ventical & went through quite traumatic for me. Excellent staff, charge nurse, HCAs.

Excellent staff team from consultant down through the ranks. All friendly, professional and willing to help. Every thing is explained well and nothing seems too much trouble. I have noticed that the nursing staff are often under pressure due to lack of numbers.

Lovely being in bay with en-suite. All staff helpful and answered questions. Girls who were on meal duty very cheerful & obliging. Butter instead of spread for e.g. Dis helful & encouraging. Thank you.
