Medical staff to know what there doing and have a professional approach. Too many people chatting in corridors etc presumably medical. Perhaps a good idea to have the door shut when possible.

Whilst an inpatient I have found the ward very good all the staff have been very happy, polite and approachable. They have dealt with my concerns with empathy and showed care and compassion, promoting dignity at all times. I have found the ward to be very clean and meals good, which has made my stay on ward 38 very good and reduced my anxiety of the procedure and post operative care. Nothing to improve. Standards very good.

Attentive care for most of the time Friendly and approachable staff. Food could be more tasty but good choice. Bathroom needs cleaning more often overall a good experience and better than expected for my first stay in a hospital

Overnight nurse support was excellent. Communication between surgeons & physio could be better.
