All staff at all levels were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Everyone was very caring. Pain relief excellent, food very good. Cleanliness excellent. Downside. Difficult to sleep, lights in the corridor and in the ward when treatment given and noise. Another time I would ask for a sleeping tablet.

All staff were caring and helpful and I felt well looked after.
It would have been useful in the pre-reading to have more info about when the moviprep might start working after you start taking it and when the effects are likely to shop, although I realise this is probably variable.
Thanks to all in the unit, what could have been a stressful experience termed into a very manageable and quite a calm experience due to the excellent staff.
