I cannot fault the care I received. All staff were friendly and showed kindness and patience. I did get anxious and confused trying to complete the meal request form and would have appreciated help as I struggle with so many options.

Waiting times to see doctors after arrival could be shorter what was good was doctor was here when mum deteriorated medically they could act immediately.
