All staff attentive, polite caring and seemed to uphold the "Leeds way". The most impressive visit to A and E ( a few visits with others as well). Kept informed particularly Dr James and staff nurse Wyatt.

Staff were all friendly and caring and I was treated extremely well. The only downside was the waiting time- maybe a staggered registration although I appreciate this may be difficult. Unfortunately I was last in!
This is not meant as a criticism but just a suggestion.
