I was transferred to the ward in the middle of the night. On the first night I believe the night staff were agency worker. There was a little acknowledgement communication which I found very strange, Jalda was superb and the S/N to day was excellent despite the pressure. I am an old soldier in nursing. I do not want anyone to be subjected to this.
