Diagnosis and treatment was accurate and efficient. Care on the ward was variable on the efficiency of "hand over." Most staff members are personable, caring helpful-others are amusing and/or inspiring. At times, it appeared there were insufficient staff resulting in service delays- tasks were forgotten, delayed or not done. Overall the experience was of "good" standard.
