Staff very approachable and informative. I felt I was kept up to date with what was happening.
The auxiliary staff member (Sandra) was outstanding in her ability and communicate to patients and was willing and go the extra mile to make sure patients stay was positive.
Only downside was waiting by medication to be sorted before discharge. I am aware it is a complex process but it could be improved.
Morning bed at 00.30 was not good.
