The staff were all highly dedicated, if only rather short staffed at times. This lead to rather a discontinuity of care from doctors in particular. Rather than a couple of doctors overseeing all decisions in our son's care it sometimes seemed that each new doctor had to decide care plan for themselves. We don't hold this against them themselves, more general staffing pressure - thanks.
