My daughter was cared for very well. Very friendly staff, however receptionist came across rude on phone. Maybe she was busy but when trying to gain my 24hr access for my daughter this she came across rude and snappy. Nursing staff I could not fault. They work very hard, very busy ward. More cutlery in the patient kitchen would be helpful, and more TV remotes.
