Wow. I certainly wasn't expecting the superb service I had yesterday at The Hearing & Balance Centre, Brotherton Wing at the LGI. Vicki Maher went out of her way to explain my results regarding a recent hearing test, what the options were moving on from them, and then explaining the hearing aid option, how it worked, and what they would do to improve my tinnitus condition symptoms. Vicki was professional, respectful, friendly and sympathetic throughout the session. She put my mind at rest and allayed my concerns. She, as others recently in my experience with the NHS, is a credit to her profession. Sincere thanks for a great experience. Service like this deserves recognition.. John James Allen Hindmarsh
