Each member of staff (cleaners to consultants) were all very nice people and I felt you could ask anyone of them a question and if they don't have an answer they would get somebody who could sort out your problem. Before each procedure, everything was explained and any questions answered. I felt much calmer having spoken to someone who explained what they were going to do. Thank you all for taking care of me. I am really grateful to you all. Thank you so much.
