I was a late substitute patient following a cancellation, therefore having only been given less than 48 hours notice by telephone, I was not aware of who I would be seeing for my consultation. However, I fully understand the need to fill all consultation appointment slots and therefore I believe this situation was handled very well in the circumstances. My consultation went very well and I was treated in a courteous and professional manner by all staff members. Amazingly the consultation was started exactly on time! I don't believe much could be done to improve the care I received, if anything. Thank you.
