Lady on reception and X ray were so friendly and efficient. Geoft Thistleton was so nice but clear in his explanation and plan. Only problem was the appt. Making no confirmation on any sort received by text, email or letter meant I had to drive den at 8:30 to make sure I hadn't missed it!
