I was registered at Reception after a short wait and dealt with within 1 hr. Staff all polite and caring. Only criticism, the waiting room is rather gloomy but appreciate there is ongoing work, so would hope this will be rectified when work completed.

What's good is when I asked for advice or help it was to the best they could give.
Offer more hot drinks through out the day.
