Friendly staff. Doctors explained things well. Things will be better when it isn't a construction site!

Staff were all warm approachable and willing to help. When they were very busy and there was a slight delay in responding they were apologetic and clean facilities. Wonderful experience. Only thing to improve is long standing issue of starting levels. Staff do amazing work under a lot of pressure and demands.

We never got enough information over 4 hours here, we still have and other 1-2 hours to wait, we asked Blondie receptionist at A/E about payment for car pack and not in polite manner she informed us that she had to pay. We still have 1-2 hours more to 3wait and thought she was quite rude about it.

Everyone on the ward have been supportive, friendly and extremely patient and helpful. Thank everyone enough for the support and kindness I have received. Thank you so much for making my birth perfect. (L).

The nurses and doctors at A and E was really grate and made me really welcome and I did have to walk very long only about 12 mins in the A and E waiting room and the services that I had was really top class.

Everybody was very friendly and looked after me very well and made the experience as enjoyable as it could have been. Rachel was the midwife and she was fantastic.
