The friendly care from the nurses and all the staff on the ward, all done with a friendly smile. Improvement doesn't exist on this ward full marks.

The permanent staff was outstanding shown empathy, polite, gave good quality care. Some of the staff which I believed to be "agency staff" was not very accommodating and felt at times it was too much trouble for them to give help. My stay on ward 11 was pleasurable and a laugh at times.

Nurses care brilliant. They have all got a sense of humor, which is the best medicine you can get. They are all my angels who have saved my life for the third time (priceless) Lol.

Patient care is crap. 1 hour late for appointment. Staff stood about talking and making tea. Nobody looks like they enjoy the job.
