Although staff were obviously busy, they treated me as though I were the only patient when they spoke to me. They allowed me time to ask questions & also explained things simply enough for me to understand.

Everything! All the staff, in every role, are so kind, caring, expert and thoughtful. The food is great too! Kings Mill is a wonderful place, one that everyone can be proud of.
