Second to none.
Staff were very good, but not enough of them.
Need more staff to make it an excellent ward.
My care and treatment has been exceptional.
My pain has been managed very well by the ward staff.
All my needs were attended to, were extremely caring.
The nurses on this ward are dedicated, caring and hardworking. Also my surgeon Mr Jobic John has done an excellent job, and so to have his team of dedicated doctors. I give them all my heart felt thanks.
Happy, helpful and smiling nurses and staff.
I can't praise the staff on this ward enough. Quality of care, consideration and kindness was second to none.
The doctors and other staff also deserve praise. I am indebted to the angiogram department for the treatment received.
The kindness, professional, approachable attitude of all staff, nothing is too much trouble and no matter how busy the ward is the team are always happy to help.
Kind and helpful staff.
Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the ladies I have been in contact with Karen has been lovely and I felt like she was interested in me as a person and not just another patient.
- The level of empathy was amazing.
- Knowing that the profession of midwifery is a hard tasking job. None of the staff let that show and from the midwife to the catering staff, everyone was professional whilst caring and are a credit to King's Mill.
