All staff very thorough, very professional, but also friendly and very aware of patients needs and worries. Everyone, from Mr Morgan (my consultant) down to cleaners and house =keepers, made me feel very much at ease, and when problems arose (2 am ) they were quick to respond and start appropriate treatment. The doctors and nurses all kept me in the picture, so that I know exactly what was happening to me. HCAs play a vital role.
