I think there should be a tour around the labour ward, so when it comes to you having your baby you are familiar with your surroundings at a time when you feel most anxious. I also think there should be more antenatal check ups throughout your pregnancy not just near the end. Apart from that I have had great care from all the staff that work in the antenatal department.
